Chef Megan Dickerson is a small town girl with BIG baking dreams! Her baking career has taken a long winding road these 20 plus years. She found her passion for baking at an early age while watching her mother and grandmother bake for family and the local community. She did not realize the impact it had on her until her early twenties; as she began baking for family, friends, and co-workers. She self taught herself in the early years; then had the opportunity to apprentice under a few great pastry chefs in the Houston-Metro area. In 2016 she made the decision to attend culinary school and graduated in 2018. Now she creates bespoke cakes, confections and loves educating on the world of baking.
